——Part Introduction of Automatic Toroidal Core Winding Machine
1)Our Automatic Toroidal Core Winding Machines use 5-axis Panasonic brand servo motors.
- First axis: The die cutting moves the servo motor, and the sheet material moves backward after being cut, allowing the clamping robot to feed the material to the spindle.
- Second axis: Cutting servo motor, connected to imported servo reducer and punching structure, can generate pressure below 15 tons and can cut 0.5mm Or below silicon steel sheet.
- The third axis: The spindle servo motor is connected to the imported servo reducer to drive the spindle to coil the material. It has strong torque and high rotation positioning accuracy.
- The fourth axis: the material return servo motor is responsible for leveling and pushing out the iron core during the production process.
- The fifth axis: the material clamping servo motor is responsible for clamping the sheet material to the coiling die hook and fastening it.

2)This toroidal core winder machine adopts Panasonic high performance PLC The control system has accurate output pulses, faster and more stable operation speed, and multiple operations written into the program can greatly reduce the operator’s debugging time. All actions of the whole winding machine are equipped with self-protection programs to prevent unnecessary damage. Fully closed-loop control monitors the entire production process, including clamping, buckling, pushing, winding, cutting, welding, demoulding, etc. The human-machine interface adopts Taiwan Vinylon 10 inch color screen , the interface is clear, simple and easy to understand

3)Precision ball screws are all from well-known Taiwanese brands, providing excellent accuracy and durability.
4)Pneumatic components adopt Japanese SMC Series, including each cylinder, solenoid valve, magnetic sensor, precision pressure regulator, filter, air pipe and all joints, etc. Over the past 50 years, SMC products have become a recognised international brand by providing sales, technical, supply and after-sales services in the global marketplace. 5)The electric lifting platform is used to match coil molds with different diameters. The workbench can be adjusted in height according to the diameter of the mold. It is convenient and quick to use.
6)Heat exchanger: In order to reduce the temperature of the control cabinet, a special heat exchanger is added to cool it down, which helps to slow down the aging of electrical components and keep the machine in the best operating condition.
7)Carbide dies, cutting and punching die blades are made of carbide, and the effective shearing times can reach 300W Second-rate.
8)Our winder machine is equipped with an automatic unloading device to facilitate operators to control and install materials.
9)Our winding machine is equipped with a manipulator to collect materials to prevent the core from falling and causing injury.
