Lamination Cut Cores (Stacking Cores)

stacking core, also widely known as a lamination core, is the most universal magnetic core structure.

It usually uses CRGO or CRNGO silicon steel strips punched into specific shapes, stacked to a designed thickness, and secured by clamps or bolts. The nearly invisible insulation coating on each lamination blocks eddy currents, minimizing losses. In addition, amorphous and nanocrystalline cores(nano cores) can also be customized.

The lamination core of transformer or reactor is the heart of a compact, efficient reactor, and we ensure it beats strong with low loss and low noise.

Custom Stacking Core / Lamination Core

stacking core (also called a lamination core) is the most universal magnetic core structure. We manufacture from your drawings, processing CRGO (e.g., 27QEL120, M4T27) or CRNGO (e.g., 25CS1250HF) silicon steel strips or Amorphour(1K101/2605-S2 / 2605SA1)  or Nanocrystalline(1K107/FINEMET®) into precise shapes, stacked to your specified thickness, and secured by clamps or bolts. The nearly invisible insulation coating on each lamination blocks eddy currents, minimizing losses.
