——Densified Wood Cryogenic Support Solutions
Densified Wood high-density compressed laminated wood is widely used in cryogenic gas carriers and onshore/marine cryogenic pipeline systems. With exceptional ultra-low temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, and low thermal conductivity, it has become an indispensable support material for LNG, LPG, LEG, NH₃, and LCO₂ storage and transport.
LNG/LPG/LEG
Cargo Tank Supports
Suitable for IMO Type A, B, and C independent tanks; engineered to withstand complex mechanical loads including compression, bending, and shear forces while providing reliable cryogenic thermal insulation between cargo tanks and support structures; widely deployed on large-scale LNG carriers up to 165,000 m³, as well as LPG and LEG transport vessels.
Cryogenic Pipe Insulation & Load-Bearing Systems
Anchor supports, base supports, and trunnion supports – Designed for fixing cryogenic pipes to structural steel while providing continuous thermal insulation; incorporate low‑conductivity materials to block heat ingress, reduce thermal stress, and lower boil‑off in LNG, LPG, and ethylene plants, ensuring system safety and energy efficiency.
LNG & LPG
Tank Support System
Fixed Bearings – Restrict tank movement and anchor to foundation; Vertical Support Blocks – Bear vertical loads (static + dynamic) from tank and contents; Support Saddles – For large cryogenic horizontal tanks (e.g., LNG); installed between inner/outer shells, combining load support and thermal insulation.
