Width 10–200 mm · Height 10–400 mm

Split into two halves for pair‑set usage. Rectangular cross‑section, short magnetic path. Mainly for reactors, inverter transformers & power inductors.

CD Core

Custom high‑power sizes

Combination of large & small C‑cores with large window area. Ideal for high‑power power‑frequency transformers, UPS and heavy‑duty reactors.

Rectangular Cut Core

ID 20×30 – 300×500 mm

Single‑split rectangular frame with flexible dimensions. Widely used in current transformers, instrument transformers and energy‑harvesting units.

Toroidal Cut Core

ID 10–800 mm

Radially split toroidal core, compact size. Designed for split‑core CTs, clamp‑on meters and magnetic sensors.

ED Core

Standard E/I sizes + custom

E+D combined cut‑core structure for small single‑phase / three‑phase drive transformers & SMPS.

Step‑Lap Cut Core

Step‑Lap cut‑cores are available with staggered‑layer joints for lower loss & noise. Custom oval / special cross‑section shapes are acceptable.

Built‑in insulating spacer to prevent magnetic saturation. The default choice for reactors and chokes.

3. Adjustable Air‑gap

Spacers can be added or removed in the field. Perfect for test equipment and variable reactors.
